Minimum Order

Minimum order is $100.00. If your order is less than $100.00, a $10.00 surcharge will be added to your total. Please help us keep our operation cost down so we can pass the savings to all of you and your customers.

 

Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days from invoice date. For order that is returned beyond the 14 days period, it is subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will not accept returns after 30 days. Please request for return authorization number by email before sending any merchandise back to us.

All returns must be in original condition. A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. Shipping charges are not refundable for all returns.

Shipping Charge

We offer flat rate shipping charge of (for ups regular ground shipping)

$10.00 for order upto $1,000.00

$20.00 for order $1,001.00--$2,000.00

$30.00 for order $2,001.00 or more.

Rush order

Actual charged by UPS will be your shipping charged (no handling fee will be added.)

Postal mail will be charged $5.00 messenger fee in addtion to postage charge.

Please do not accept any package that appears to have been damaged in transit.

 

Product Availability

We try our best to keep the merchandise in our website up to date, but sometimes we have the items when you placed your order but run out of them at delivery time. We will not keep back order unless you want us to do so.or you will have to place a new order.
